Your staff Ali was very patient in explaining over and over what we needed to know. I changed my mind a few times which I thought was rather annoying, but the staff remained graceful through it. Before leaving, I needed to use the toilet. I believe the toilet in the store was a staff only toilet. However, seeing as I was heavily pregnant, your staff was very helpful in letting me use your toilet. That meant a lot to me.

No pressure, informative representative. Polite and very helpful. Right amount of stock for our choice. On purchasing the item was made to feel welcome and that our purchase was appreciated, whether paying £200 or £2000, it made it personal.

1 reason why I was extremley satisfied about my purchase is because of 'Alif' who is an employee in the beckton dreams store, he had helped me out alot and made me realise what was a suitable bed for myself, so i'd like to thank alif from the dreams beckton store

Ian at the Beckton store was highly knowledgeable on the products. He was able to help us make an informed decision as the product spec he was providing us with was extremely helpful and clear.

We was welcomed by Alif when we went to the shop in becton, he was very helpful throughout our visit. We have found what we wanted for a reasonable price and it's been delivered on time as well. I will look forward to visit again and recommend others. Thank you for the good experience.

I spent less than an hour I the store and that is because I was given immediate attention when I walked in. I explained my desire and Ian (dreams employee) helped me find what I was looking for within my budget.

We were greeted on our entry to the shop. My wife's health problem was the main reason why we decided to buy new bed and this was picked up, immediately, by the store staff (Ian) and concentrated on this for giving his advise on choosing the bed, a brilliant business gesture. Pillow was offered to my wife to try bed that suites her. We were also offered drinks which I find it accommodating and made us relax. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our visit to the store.

Staff where friendly and very helpful but did not place pressure to get the sale.

Very good customer service. Ian had a lot of knowledge about all of the products and he also helped a lot with what we wanted. he also showed us around the store, with similar products until we were happy with what we were looking for.
