We were served by Laud and his line Manager Agnes, they were very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, professional and friendly. This made the experience a very enjoyable one. We were very happy with the excellent customer service provided.

Agnes gave me all the information I needed to make the right choice and did so with a smile. The experience of choosing a bed was fun.

I have just purchased a mattress and divan from John Lewis. Despite explaining that I have Osteoarthritis I was sold a natural fibre mattress which does not regain its shape and a sprung divan. After arranging a return on the John Lewis bed I went to Dreams and explained my condition. The sales assistant spent considerable time with me and showed me several mattresses, in fact I went back to the store two more times including when I ordered my bed and each time I was met with a sales colleague who was honest, and gave me good advice on which mattress to try and why a sprung divan was no good for me.

I received assistance immediately when I arrived to the store. Friendly staff service, with good knowledge of products. The mattress recommended was what I had in mind before I came in to the store.
