A truly outstanding customer experience in every respect. Adil in the Dreams Beckton Retail Park store was courteous, polite, highly efficient, extremely helpful and communicative and went the extra mile and beyond to help me. Best customer experience I have had anywhere for years. He was extremely professional and highly customer focussed. Very well supported by Agnes. They are the AA team. They deserve a bonus! I own several properties in the Canary Wharf area and I will be back. Your delivery guys were also superb. I wanted to write to the MD of CEO to express my thanks and appreciation. Our Dreams assist Ali was very good. Was with us though out the whole of our trip to Dreams and showed us everything. He was very good.

The staff member who assisted me was very friendly and professional. She took her time to listen to myself and my son. We never felt rushed as it took a bit of time for my son to decide what he wanted. She also helped us to check a few items on sale for us to decide what was best for us and our budget. At this time when our finances have been affected by the pandemic, I appreciated the support given to save some money yet get a good quality bed and mattress for my son. My son couldn't agree with more that the staff member was really helpful. I look forward to coming again to the store to buy a bed for my daughter and hope to find the same staff and if not, I am positive I will another brilliant member of your team. I was greeted by Alif (Becton Branch) as soon as I arrived he was so friendly and welcoming. I required assistance and he immediately helped. Loved the sleep analysis and then was taken and shown all the mattress results. Alif was so knowledgeable talked me through all the specs. I wasn’t rushed. And nothing was too much trouble. We had a bit of a joke too which was great nice to have that as well as the professional side. I was so impressed at the experience, selection and the sleep analysis that I have been telling all my friends about it

The customer service from the employee was top notch

The guy that assisted me during my visit Mr Adil Abdallah provided us with great customer service. I was very impressed as he was very welcoming to the store from the moment I step foot inside, ensuring we used the sanitisers available to us and walking us through the whole shop floor to view the different beds and mattresses in store. He also helped me find the perfect mattress for myself using the mattress match machine. Drinking water was also offered which was very kind. Overall I’m very well satisfied with the customer service provided and would definitely recommend dreams to my family and friends. Thank you once again

If there were more than five stars, this company would get them! As a regular customer, I was so impressed with adils customer service. I loved every minute of the experience and was so shocked with the professionalism and the knowledge that I have received. I only came to window shop, didn’t have my wallet however the worker Adil explained the entire process in detail and by the end of that conversation I decided to move forward with the purchase. I came back after an hour with my wallet and left with exactly what I wanted. From that point on everything went exactly as described, but better!I was completely sold! It was worth every penny. Absolute top-notch customer service from the time he greeted me at the door. I am truly happy having met this company and would not hesitate to purchase from them at any time.
