Great service. Found the product that suited me. Salesman spent a lot of time with us. Price was competitive and represented good value for money.

The staff demonstrated professionalism, very welcoming and friendly. They are experienced n have good knowledge of their products. The store is spacious encouraging free movement. Staff encouraged us to feel/try beds. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Friendly Sales Assistant, Was very helpful and explained clearly infomation about the product, Did not experience any pressure in purchasing anything and made us feel relaxed at all times.

We chose dreams to buy our new bed & mattress because we bought our present bed there. On this visit we were seen within a couple of minutes of entering the store. With his help we had chosen, ordered & paid for our new bed & mattress in about 30 minutes which is a record in my book.

Amazing and prompt service on arrival at the store in beckon east London by Ian. He was full of knowledge and demonstrated the bed that i was looking at. Brilliant service. I will be recommending my friends and family to the store. And I'm now awaiting delivery of my chosen bed next month.
