The sales assistant spent time telling about the beds and explained the difference between them, we were not rushed, as we spent over an hour after the store had shut and was rushed. We were made welcome and was very happy with the sales assistant Ian.

Sales assistant was highly patient as we took couple of hours to decide on choosing our mattress. He was also quite informative about the different types of mattress and was able to recommend us options based on our requirement. We were slightly disappointed with the dream's online payment service as it didn't allow us to make the balance payment and we had to go back to the store to pay the remaining balance. The problem with online payment service was it didn't allow us to make the payment without choosing a delivery date which we had already chosen in store.

From when we walked into the shop we were made to feel very welcome. We were given time to make our decision and test our beds yet Ali was always available for further questioning. He had a great knowledge of the products and answered all of our questions. He was very friendly/approachable and made our purchase a lot easier.
