Ali and Aslam were super, really making us feel welcome and not pressurised to buy. We were also offered refreshments.Their product knowledge made buying the right bed very easy.

We had a very food ecperience which was helped by the assistant Aslam being very professional and being very friendly.

A gentleman, ALI, came over as I was wandering round, and was very helpful in asking appropriate questions and pointing me in the right direction for what I was looking for. He gave me a pillow to use when trying out beds and even made me a coffee. I was very grateful for all his assistance.

The advisor Laud, was extremely knowlegdeble and understood my needs as a customer. 10/10 customer service. I will definetly buy again from Dreams store
