Store manager was extermely knowledgeable of product, explaining details which were easy to understand. Very supportive and helpful and friendly.

I went to the store to try the half price sales mattress product. I have purchased twice at dreams, once for own master bedroom, and the second time for my rental property, I know even the value product is very good quality. So this time I'm looking for a good deal for my guest bed. I explained to the staff, they recommended me to have a look the clearance items, and they are extremly good for value and also good quality, and the store staff helped arranged local delivery as well. in total, I actally spend more than what I would do online as onlind purchase is free of delivery charge, but I'm very satisfied with the product and whole services.

The sales advisor was extremely helpful offered tea/coffe listened to what I wanted and didn't force any items I didn't like or require. I believe his name was Aslam. Perfect salesman would definitely recommend family and friends to deal with him.

Very satisfied with the customer service. My wife and I were well taking care of in terms of looking at options, recommendation. We were served my Aslam and another guy who I can't remember his name but they were both very understanding. Our needs were met even if it took a little while making decisions on what mattresses and bed to purchase as you want something that will be of comfort and lifelong.
