We were greeted promptly on our arrival, shown the products that we were interested in, able to try the different mattresses, offered beverages, fully explained all options.

The assistants were very helpful

The shop assistant was exceptional, very knowledgeable about the products, friendly to us as a customer, would go back to the shop just because of the service.

I went into Dreams to browse for a mattress with no real intension of buying on my visit. However I was approached by one of the sales rep (Laud) that really took his time to listen to my needs and what I wanted out of a mattress, he was able to make more precise recommendation of mattress that suited my needs. He really took his time to show me different options (despite that the store was going to be closing soon- he did not rush me). I found as I was shown different Mattress I also saw a bed frame that will be ideal. Laud offered me a good discount, which meant I ended up buying a full set of bed, mattress and pillows. On hand was his Manager Ian who also equally very helpful. Ian knowledge of the local area was excellent. I completely felt at ease throughout my whole transaction and Ian and Laud certainly made my experience at Dreams a very memorable one. I left the store smiling and I am really looking forward to the arrival of my new bed. I am glad i went instore to purchase my bed instead of buying online.

We wanted a bed that we believed that would come in before Xmas, but the staff at the store told us the truth and we would really get the bed in end Jan, most company's we looked at before Dreams told us they will try for Xmas, with my working hours I need to know 100% time and dates, this truth lead me to revisit last night to look at other beds.
