An Assistant Acknowlegde me as soon as I entered the store which was great

The guy that served me was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, seemed to understand my needs, was very friendly, wasn't in a rush to chuck me off, so this made my trip to dreams beckton very pleasant. And he offered me a cup of tea too even though I declined it.

Because I was not rushed into ordering/ buying the product and overall I thought the selection of beds was very god indeed

After going into the Beckton store on a Boxing Day, every sales person was busy, I had to ask for help! The option of beds and choices of leather bedsteads were less, but thank god wife made the choice. The sales person named: Sway, was very helpful and did know his product knowledge.... The worse part was when coming to order I had wait about 15 mins as one other sales person rushed before Sway. Sway did well, we back soon for more furniture, see you soon Sway......thank you

This shop is brilliant. It is clean in the shop and the colleagues were fantastic very nice and helpful. So I recommend anyone who wants a lovely sleep go to Dreams.

When I walked in I was greeted by the manager who was so friendly he showed me several products and later transferred me to another colleague to take my payment , he was very fast professional and the store atmosphere in general was so warm and friendly . The staff joked with each other and I felt very comfortable .. the beds were actually reasonably priced ( always assumed it would be an expensive store . It's goodbye IKEA and Hello dreams for me
