Alif was highly knowledgeable about the products we wished to purchase. He helped us choose between a conventional pocket spring mattress and a new gel top combination mattress, which is ultimately what we went with. He was very friendly, always trying to understand our needs and wasn't pushy, which was nice. Thanks for the help!
