Ian was very helpful and friendly. He explained every mattress I enquired about in great detail, giving me a full understanding of what I was testing. He helped me find a mattress to suit my needs and was helpful even before he had started to serve me.

I visited the Dreams store in Beckton twice. On my first occasion I was served by your Assistant Manager who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I then came back and was served by Ali who was very friendly and patient and took me through different options of mattresses, bases and headboards. There was no sales pressure to make me buy anything. He just gave me all the information and time I required to make the decisions that were right for me. He also explained about the Dreams Comfort Guarantee which gave me even more reassurance. I was very happy with Ali's customer service and will definitely recommend him and Dreams to friends and family.
