I couldn't decide between two beds.and the dream.collegeue explained me the two different type beds and the difference between normal slats and sprung slats which is really good.

Salesman Ali was polite and a pleasure to deal with

I was taken care of by ALI. His knowledge is second to none. Very helpfully and was aware of my budget, which meant he tried to do his very best for me. Very pleased with the way he took his time. He is someone I will recommend to my family and friends.

Ian was very friendly& extremely knowledgeable in the products. Myself & my partner felt very confident in our purchasing decisions due to Ian's thorough product knowledge & friendly attitude

Ian was very welcoming and provided great customer service. Made us cups of tea and was very friendly and informative about different types of mattresses.

We've been to the store several times before purchasing. Each time your worker Ali ( older cypriot gentlemen ) was very helpful and attentive. He knew all about the bed frames and mattresses and went the extra mile helping us to measure up and colour match. Had we not received this level of good service we may not have purchased our bed and mattress from dreams.

I was greeted right away by Sway and asked if I needed assistance. I was left for a few min so I could look around and try out a mattress I had seen online last night. The product knowledge of staff was good. They were also friendly and polite. I was offered a hot drink. One of the managers, Ian helped me extensively with measurements as my new beds and mattresses will be going into my first ever home which is a new build and I wanted to make sure it would fit and I would have space for other furniture. I like the space inside the store.

The products available (options), We were allowed time to try the products over and over again, We were offered refreshments but some champagne would have been nice when we finially decided to buy, The assistant, Ali was very knowledgeable and understood that we needed space to make our decision, The shop floor was spacious and airy.

Was specifically looking for the firmest mattress available. Asked sales person and was shown both a full priced mattress as well as one that was discounted as clearance. The discounted mattress felt just right. Was quoted a reasonable price for mattress, base and headboard. Helpfully simple transaction.
