The assistant greeted me and then introduced to another person to assist me. Helped me to find my products.

It was easy to find what I was looking for and the assistant was very informative about all products

We asked for Aslam in Becton who had served us in 2004. He was Brilliant then & now in 2017.

All f was very helpful and really listen to us. He was very knowledgeable also.

Assistance was provided and he was very knowledgeable. We made our decision to purchase a mattress within 10 minutes of coming into the store based on his very helpful knowledge and advice. A difference person took our order and completed our purchase. He made very clear the process and what was happening. Overall, I was very impressed.
