Sway was really polite and helpfull offerered me tea and add ons etc pilows and also gavw me sweets 1 happy bunny i was thank you

The service I was provided by an employee of dreams was outstanding. I was being assisted by Ian and he was extremely helpful but not overly helpful. He approached me first and asked what I was looking for and when I told him that I was looking to buy a mattress he kindly explained to me all the different types of mattresses there are. He then showed me where they were and let me explore myself which was good as I hate when the employees just stand over your head waiting for you to decide it makes me feel uncomfortable however Ian was none of that he made my experience very memorable and I will be definitely returning to buy more bits from dreams.

Colleagues Ian and Shaz greeted us promptly and politely, both were very helpful in our quest for a new bed and mattress, many options were given to us based upon what we were looking for, before we made our decision. Drinks were provided for us by the staff which was a lovely thing. Extremely helpful and everything was very clear when being told to us about our options, delivery etc.

We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Alil at the Beckton Store. He made sure we tried a few beds so that we could decide which one was the best for our needs. he did not rush our decision and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattresses. Our order was take quickly and we are happy with the delivery date.

Your colleague Alif was able to offer alternative options and products to us to assist with a speedy delivery. He took the time to listen to and address our concerns

Customer service was excellent and staff were friendly , I always feel welcome in the store , Bought the same bed king size before service was and today still excellent

Alif,the advisor who served us was very polite and courteous. He went out of his way to find a bed which could be delivered before the 2nd of April, something we had alot of trouble finding in other shops such as johnsons beds and dfs. He was funny, friendly and though we took up alot of his time, he was more than happy to help which put both my mum and i at ease. By far the best customer service we have ever received. He puts places that have exceptional services in the likes of Laura Ashley and Harvey Nichols to shame. Great guy, fab personality and most importantly, amazing customer service! I would definitely shop in dreams again based on the customer service that we received from Alif.
