We were looking for a double bed frame. The level of customer care from Ali was outstanding (pity more shops do not adhere to this level of customer service), he never once rushed us and left us to take our time but kept coming back to ensure we were ok, as well as answering all the questions we had. We had been looking for a double frame bed for a long while, we are so relieved to have finally found it and a very unusual bed frame which we have not seen anywhere else. We will be more than happy to refer Dreams to any friends or family. Well done and do not ever let the customer care service slip, its priceless.

I visited dreams to have a look for a bed for my sons room, the service was great and the advise I was given was perfect. I ended up buying a bed at a great price and taking it home that day as it was available.....perfect.
