Staff Ali and Shaz were very kind, helpful and gave all the knowledge we needed. They gave us the best options and deal to fit out needs.

We found our assistant Sway to be very helpful and knowledgeable to our needs. We was offered tea and coffee by him and given plenty of advice and time to consider our purchase. Overall a very helpful and professional young man who made our buying experience easy.

I was approached by Ian the sales assistant Manager and he was very professional and gave me the best advice that he could and gave me as much of his knowledge about beds as he could.

The guys who helped us were very nice.

Ali, the guy in your store in Beckton, is extremely friendly and helpful. He's a great asset to your business (so much so when we returned to the store yesterday to buy our second bed in the last month we asked specifically for him). The turnaround time for delivery is exceptional - we haven't waited longer than a few days for delivery and assembly. Seamless, swift and efficient - we couldn't be more satisfied. We were quoted a 4 week waiting time by one of your competitors - so you should be proud of the speed you can get your products out to your clients. I wont hesitate to use Dreams again as we continue to decorate the rest of our properties.

Your colleague was very helpful and knowledeagble ensuring that he satisfied all our expectations with regards to our ideas for the mattress we want. We appreciated how he forcefully encouraged us to try every type in what we were looking for that you had on offer to help us narrow down on the best option for us. He also made time to entertain our daughter while my wife and I had a long and hard think about which to choose and the amount of money we should spend.

Ali was great. He explained how all the beds worked and left us to it. We felt no pressure but he kept checking in to make sure we were ok, just the right amount of help.

Lots of staff available and willing to help. Everyone was very friendly and communicated the product well. They went out of their way to help us find the right mattresses and gave us the right space and time to make our own choice. We were even offered a cup of tea!

The assistance we were provided by Ian and Ali at beckton Dreams store in London was very valuable and helped us to make our decision. They were very patient with us as we took a really long time in making decision. The delivery time offered is really good too.
