I was happy with the help I got from Laud , he has good customer service and took time to explain everything I wanted to know. it was too cold and I was provided with water to quench my thirst

THE SALE REPRESENTATIVE WAS SO PATIENT WITH ME, I THINK I PICKED UP TO 5 MATTRESS AND 2 BED FRAMES, AND I WILL CHANGE MUY MIND AFTER EACH PICK, HE CAREFUL EXPLAINED TO ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH MATTRESS. HE LET ME KNOW OF THE DISCOUNT BEDDING LINEN FOR PRICES I WOULD NOT HAVE FOUND ELSE WHERE. HE WAS SO PROFFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PATIENT, AND TOOK OUT TIME TO EXPLAIN PRODUCTS TO ME. I HAVE NEVER EVER LEFT A SHOP TO WRITE ANY KIND OF SURVEY, BUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED YESTERDAY I JUST HAVE TO DO THIS. OHHHH I HAD TEA AT THE SHOP

Alif was very cordial,polite,gave details in explaining,very patient with us as we spent over 3hours asking questions,was very willing to help,offered us tea,offered us pillow to try and we ended up buying even though that wasn't on our budget,we bought cos we were happy with the pillow,I felt happy today,as I came to this particular store some months back and the assistant manager was so rude.so yes I would recommend going into this dreams store again.

Ian the representative that assisted us at your Becton branch was extremely helpful. We had specific requirement for a sofa bed i.e. it could only fit in the allocated space. He measured up and gave us another alternative so we were very appreciative of his help. Thanks

Good service I'm happy

I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with my very energetic daughter. The sales person was very welcoming and did not mind at all when my daughter had the time of her life on the beds and floor space. I requested for what I was looking for which I was shown then I was left to decide for myself if I want to buy, no pressure at all.

Aslam was friendly, knowledgable and highly effective in his customer service delivery. We had a very pleasant exprience in store and felt valued, understood and looked after from the moment we entered the store. He is clearly passionate about what he sells and working with customers and people in general. He was an excellent sale assistant.
