the sales assistant was so helpful and polite in regards to what i was looking for and also within my budget.This is the second time i have been to your store and been treated with the utmost respect so well done.

Sway was very helpful and he approached us to ask if we needed help the product we wanted to purchase was sold by another colleague but he helped us to find a very lovely suitable alternative and he was very polite and knew his product details very well. He showed us the alternative and also made suggestions of the best mattress to purchase. Very good overall experience. The system was a bit tedious but he apologised for the wait and pauses between.

I looked on-line initially but was unable to locate a bed of the dimensions required as we have limited room and I needed to reduce the height of our current bed. So I walked into the store and told the assistant I needed a bed that measured 4ft 6in in width and was 6ft 2 or 3ins and was 12 or 13 ins high. A bed was immediately pointed out.

We were given options that take into consideration our budget and needs. I feel that going in the store maximized our benefit because we saw the product personally and get to feel/touch and even lay down on the mattress to get actual feel of it.

Friendly staff.

I had an assistant called ALI his knowledge of the products and value for money was excellent he was very helpful and polite the atmosphere in the shop was jolly and all the staff were polite me and my dad both purchased beds and originally we only came for my dad I was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received

We were given a bottle of water...which was extra cold.
