The lady was so polite and helped me with my issues very well

Our assistant Ali was especially helpful in finding the right mattress for us. Nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely patient while we tried and tested the mattresses. His manner was friendly and professional and to be honest we will return to this store specifically because of Ali as his customer service was exceptional. The whole process was smooth and seamless as a direct result of his customer service.
