While i place my order at dream store at becton in london the manager Mrs Agnes was extremly helpful and customer oriented she was patient and meet our expectations we got the right product and left the store happily.

good customer service, was not pressured

I wanted bedroom package and spent almost 4 to 5 hours in the store looking for multiple options, by the end I could choose what i was looking for. Thanks to the patience and enthusiasm of staff Agnes who really helped me to buy the suitable product. Appreciate her knowledge on all of the products.

Aslam greeted us within a minute or so of entering the store. He explained about the bed experience (apologies I have forgotten the name) and asked if we wanted to try it. We didn’t feel pressured and we took up his suggestion. I was really pleased with the level of safety and I think Aslam knew how nervous I was to lay on the bed but made sure it was well covered with tissue. He then took us around our recommendations and the top two were easily our favourites. We were very undecided between the two and he was very patient explaining the benefits of them both. It must have been quite tedious for him as the two mattresses recommended to us were at opposite sides of the store and we kept going back and forth but he was very gracious and gave us space but was there when we needed him. We left feeling very satisfied with the experience.

The manager Agnes was really really nice. She was really helpful in helping with the exact bed and mattress needed to support our back pain. She took us through a few of them and we finally made a choice.

Experience colleague. Good service by staff but delivery take too long.

Assitence about product was great

I went into the Beckton store with my mum so she good buy a bed frame. We was served by a person called Atif. Very polite and friendly individual. He definitely knew his stuff and explained the different products they had and what he felt in his opinion would be suitable for my mum. Great customer, kept offering us bottles of water. Even when we sat down with him to process the transaction and place out order he made tea and coffee for us. That's what I call excellent customer service. He went the extra mile in my opinion. Great asset to your company.
