Ali/Ian were great we came in with my mother in law to buy a reclining bed as she is disabled and they were very helpful and went that extra mile. we were made to feel at ease no pushy sales tactics and got offered coffee which was a nice touch.

Aslam who has support and explained clear offered drinks and tea, customers service excellent. All went good

Ali was welcoming, highly knowledgable and didn't make me feel obligated to purchase or upgrade. He was funny and explained in detail all options available to me in language that was understandable. Will use this branch again.

People who's working there was so helpful, friendly, they helped me to choose the best item I was looking for.

I had been to 3 bed shops on the day and was not satisfied with their prices on their services. But from the time I come into Dreams I got the help I needed and the bed I wonted.

We made order in Beckton "Dreams". The assistant Alif greet us as soon as we entered at the store and asked if we needed help. Because we knew exactly what we want to buy, he offered to try that mattress again as long as we need, also bring the pillows nearest to our chosen ones. Coffee and tea were also offered, which was really nice. The assistant asked several times whether we were sure about the choice. Five stars to Alif!!!! That was second time we bought bed and mattress from this store, we are always happy with service we receive here and we recommend "Dreams" to everyone.

The staff who served me has a great customer service skill with great sense of humour. Has a great knowledge about the product and really help me to get what i wanted. He's a good guy who can actually attract a lot of customers to the company
