The staff was very nice and friendly and every thing was Exspland so I could understand

Shaz listened to us and helped us find what we wanted. Sslam dealt with the paperwirk while Shaz and a colleague got our van loaded. All done with a smile.

The assistance given to find what suited mine and my partners needs was fantastic. I try to ask questions that may catch sales people out to know whether what their are saying is waffle to make a quick sale or to see whether my needs actually come first. The response i got was perfect and feel the purchase i made was the right one and will suit my needs. We spoke about our preferences and issues with current beds etc and that led to a variety of options until we found the right frame and then upon testing the mattresses based on our needs we came to our conclusion. Staff were very helpful, polite, offered us refreshments and really catered to us. Very happy with the service and excited for the new bed to arrive.

The mattresses we were researching on the Dreams website were in store, except Hypnos, and we ended up choosing another mattress that a staff member recommended. Also, there was a variety of test pillows available on the mattresses which greatly helped our choice - almost mimicked the way we sleep. So far so good with the mattress.
