First you don't need to look around for someone to help in answering my question, mr Aslam came and greeted himself to me and pointed out where the metal frame beds where displayed and then helped my options for choosing a mattress that I felt comfortable lying on. I had visited chingford branch the day before, I was meet with no smile and cold approach in selling the bed that I was thinking of buying, but with no offer, benson for bed seemed a better option in giving more options of freebie in the deal. Then I went to benson for bed, the only reason I didn't buy from there was the delivery date wasn't available for when I wanted. The next day I went back to dreams the one that was near where I live and the wonderful package that was offered and the date of delivery that I wanted and the the way I was offered a friendly drink and meet with a smile won me over in buying from mr aslam

All of the sales assistants were highly knowledgeable about the products. The assistant who served me was Ali & he was extremely attentive
