It was quick to order and the salesman didn't try to sell me anything else that I didn't want. He assisted me in what bed and mattress I wanted and that was it

We were served by a Gentleman called Ali. At no time did we feel he was putting us under any pressure to buy but he fully explained the products, which can be a minefield for the average person. We were offered Tea or Coffee, allowed to change our minds (Once or twice) and all done with a smile until we finally purchased what we were looking for. An enjoyable shopping experience at a satisfactory price.

Ali was great, explaining product in great detail & also offering hot drink to us . The only problem was the final setting up of payment scheme but it was explained that you had a new system you were introducing & there was some teething problems which is quite understandable everything else was very good . First time I've used you & as long as product is as good (which I'm sure it will be) wouldn't hesitate to comeback to you again. Even down to offering us pillows to try which we didn't need but was helpful while trying out mattresses.

Staff were extremely helpful and Friendly. A great overall experience and would recommend this store to a friend or family member
