VERY STRIGHT FORWARD

Zahra was very friendly she showed as the difference between mattresses and took the time to listen to our needs and suggest alternatives. We were offered a drink as we browsed the selection. The shop staff Zahra and Aslam were very welcoming and please to deal with, the shop was welcoming and clean. It's great that we could try out all different mattresses and we even got a pillow to make it feel like at home - amazing experience. To the extent that I cannot wait to get a new mattress for the spare bedroom :-)

I missed my way to the store and place a call to the store and luckily someone picked and politely and helpfully directed me on how to get to the store. I later on getting to the store realised that he was the manager. I was well received with greeting, offered coffee and was really given a first class treatment.

Aslam had the level of product knowledge that I found was perfect for my needs. His confidence in the quality of the items was the main reason for purchase.
