The staff were very welcoming as we came in to the store and let us browse before coming up to us asking if we needed any help. As we had already seen a bed online the assistant quickly took us to the bed and told us more details about it and showed us the ottoman function. we were after 2 beds and the assistant was very good at listening to us and helping us make a decision . even after looking at competitor stores the same day we came back and placed the order

The shop assistants greets and welcome us offer us a drink also when we try the bed we wants they kindly offer us pillow so me and wife was really impressed of their service

i past i have purchased three beds along with mattress for home i quite liked the service and the reason to visit the store as i am planning to purchase another bed for my daughter room. but due to excellent service by Mr. Shaz i simply ended up buying one item which was not even planned. Shaz is a credit to your company.

Excellent service from the sales assistant Alif. Greeted very warmly once in store. We were provided with a lot of information about the different types of mattresses and pillows and shown a variety of products. We were given the opportunity to test the mattresses and were given coffee while discussing payment and viewing clearance items. Excellent discounts on offer and a very friendly environment with helpful staff.

Ian greeted us without placing us under hard pressure to buy. We asked lots of questions and his product knowledge was superb, allowing us to make good decisions about the final products we wished to order
