Zahra and Sway both greeted us very nicely at 7.30pm on Friday and even though the shop closed at 8pm, they stayed behind for us up until 9.15pm and we extremely appreciate this a lot. As a result, we will always purchase anything we need from Dreams. Above that, they offered us a drink and were very friendly with good advice with what would be suitable for us. We will definitely return to this very store next time.

The customer service, we were offered tea or coffee and all said thank you and goodbye when we were leaving the store in Beckton.

In store, I have bought Dreams Fabric 3 Drawer Bedside Chest- Slate for Christmas present surprise for my friend in Edinburgh. It perfectly match Evert Slate Grey Fabric Upholstered Ottoman Bed Frame. I feels absolutely LOVE THAT FABRIC BEDSIDE CHEST-SLATE AND HIGHLY SATISFIED. I will buy one or maybe two for myself in 2018.

We were greeted by Zahra who was very helpful. She was very friendly and listened to what we really wanted.

The staff were very friendly and offered us water and tea. My son had some water. All the staff smiled and they were very friendly and approachable, which made us comfortable and felt valued. The staff understood what I wanted and showed several items matching my needs. And when the wrong mattress was chosen, the next day I went back and Nev was very apologetic and resolved my order very efficiently, plus gave me a specification of the tv I was gonna get with my tv bed. Overall a excellent team and they handle my purchase as a team. So well done Beckton Dreams.
