Our assistant Zahra was exceptionally great with helping us find the right bed frame and mattress. She carefully explored and explained our options and helped narrow it down until we were happy and satisfied to make a purchase. She was very friendly and easy to talk too and kindly offered us a refreshment as we waited for our purchase to go through. She explained in detail the process after putting in our order leaving us happy and satisfied that day. I don't think I've ever been given such a welcoming and warm service by anyone before and will definitely not only recommend Dreams but the specific store that she works at.

I was served by Zahra in the Beckton store, she greeted us in a very friendly way. Offered us a drink, and took the time to understand what we needed and wanted. Zahra offered us pillows to use to try the beds out. We found the bed we wanted and placed the order with Zahra. Excellent customer service

We were served by Laud, who seems to know everything about beds, mattress and pillows. Through his assistance, we were able to select the perfect mattress which hasn't been very easy as we've gone through 4 mattress in 6 years. It's also great that we can try the mattress for 40 days and change it if it isn't the one for us.
