I was approached quickly by a member of staff who asked me lifestyle questions assuring that I have chosen the right bed.

Due to Mr. ALI who gave a fantastic customer experience. He was highly helpful, very professional and kind in explaining the products to us and help us decide what we want. The salesmen like him will make us customers come back to your shop next and also recommend the shop for our friends. He greeted us, offered us drink and also showed us very nice products.

Assistant was attentive, had good knowledge of the what I wanted. Very helpful to explain alternatives. Friendly offered my wife and I a drink.

Alif greeted us on entry and took about an hour of his day to talk us though all options as we were buying a bed for first time. He was excellent and we are coming back to buy a bed for our other bedroom soon!

Ali assisted and talked us through various options. There was no sales pitch pressure, which we greatly appreciated! It’s horrible to be jumped on when you go in to a store. We did not experience this and was grateful. Ali spent time explaining and answering all of our questions. Great all round and very happy to recommend!
