Dreams - Beckton

This afternoon my partner and I went to the Dreams store at Beckton Retail Park. We have recently moved to London from Australia to work for the London Ambulance Service as Paramedics. We signed our lease earlier today and are moving into our flat tomorrow (Tuesday) and recently found out the landlord would not be supplying a bed. We were very stressed about this and googled furniture and bedding stores near us and found that Dreams was having a clearance sale. My partner and I traveled from Stratford to Beckton and immediately were greeted by Aslam. We explained our needs and wants to Aslam and he was more than happy to show us a variety of beds. Luckily for us we were able to find a king size orthopedic mattress that we were looking for. Aslam was so helpful and helped us to organize a express delivery. If it wasnt for Aslams's help I doubt we would of found the mattress we were looking for. Thankyou Aslam!

The colleague I met was very friendly and able to source out the product we came for so quickly. he greeted us with lovely smile which was so catch on entering the shop at Beckton. We were also offer with pillow with the product we requested as well as given drink ie black coffees for myself and cup of tea for my mum and sister. This is very much appreciated and without any doubt likely to visit the shop in a couple of month to purchase my children's beds. Will also be willing to recommend the shop to my friends and family for the type of good customer relation shown to me and my family today.
