Atif was friendly and knowledgeable. There were items he knows that exist but not in the store, he went and get the exact information from the website and explained to us in detail. He wasn’t rushing like a salesman, but do listen to what we would like and need and gave us recommendations accordingly. He also go through all the cover policy and details with us.

We are highly satisfied from help what you staff give and advice ,time what them spend with costumers. Again We are happy from help and advice what you staff provide . Highly recommend for all friends . Thanks

James helped and assisted when I asked about a product. Very friendly, not forceful, listed, knowledgeable about product and I felt at ease. 10 out of 10.

First of all was because we found the mattressfor our needs. Ali (Beckton branch) was amazing,he help us make the process easy and fast.he was smiling and was friendly.

The store assistant that helped us was excellent. He was friendly, gave great advice, was present when we needed him but balanced that with giving us time and space to evaluate options when he sensed we needed it. We did not feel pressured, rather we felt very informed and able to make the decision that was right for us. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve received in some time.

My salesman was very helpful, I wasnt sure exactly what i wanted when i walked into the store. But Ali helped me and made my decision a lot easier.
