The sales people were very helpful and made the experience very easy to deal with and handle. They were very knowledgeable and made it easier for us to make our choice. I would likely to particularly praise Dreams store representative Sway who was very professional and informative in his conduct.

Straight away when we walked in we were seen to and first shown to the areas of the different ranges of mattresses available, which were colour coded on each bed in display. We then were shown the different pillows which were there to use when laying on the mattresses. The member of staff helping us gave us plenty of information based on the beds we tested out. We also received different information on things such as headboards and bedsides.

We went in knowing what we were looking for , asked a worker who pointed the beds out to us almost instantly he was very polite and helped us get the order set up and complete within 20-30 minutes.

The colleague Zahra was super helpful and had a great range of knowledge. She greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, offered us a drink whilst we were trying mattresses and whilst placing an order and gave us a comfortable pillow to accompany the mattress.

I was greeted by Mr Ali who went through the product range, benefits of each options and left the choice to us. He did not pressurise us into a sale. He was very friendly, honest, professional and handled the questions very well
