Mr Atif was very professional there was nothing that was to much bother for him the questions that we asked was answered with no hesitation very polite and understanding the amount of time that he spent with us we was offered a drink if we required it while we made our minds up, there was no sales preusure just a very nice and understanding assistant who i think went that extra mile well done Mr Atif hope that Dreams really appreicate you which I am sure there do and well done Dreams for finding and employing such a very nice gentelman would recomed anyone to shop their even for just for advice because they would be treated like we was a human being

We were very satisfied with the service and product as it just took as an hour to purchase and be out on our very first outing ,there was no need for us to look elsewhere or come back again. Customer service was brilliant (ALIF). The quality of the bed looks great and so is the mattress, i don't think i will shop anywhere else as we bought an earlier mattress few years ago and that still in near perfect condition.

Gentleman named Ali served me, he was really helpful, listened to what I needed and gave choices.

o, ur visit dreams was not a problem at tall. wewhere greated by atif, he explaned the lay out of the stores, then left us to look around, which was great, we called him back, and told him that we only had a £1000 to spend, he said no problem, you can have a bit of this and a bit off other beds, he was great and had all the time in the world for us, in the end we got what we wanted, and just under £1000. i wish all shop assistances where like him

The assistant was very welcoming. I was offered a lovely cup of tea. I was given free trials of pillows. My purchase was explained fully. The assistant was very courteous and friendly and I was very much at ease while being served.

When it comes to beds Dreams is the only choice for me. I have now purchased 3 beds including both frames and mattresses in less than 2 years. The quality makes it worth while every time. On my recent purchase the sales assistant Aslam greeted us and gave us time to look around before making himself available for any queries we had, he offered us to try out the mattress by providing a pillow. When I sat down to make the order I was offered a drink whilst we proceeded with the order details. He recognised me instantly form my previous purchases and was very friendly throughout my time at the store. In terms of the beds it self I have purchased three different beds; leather frame, fabric frames and most recent an ottoman bed, both design and cost effective. The mattress again I have a 4000 pocket spring and two 2000 pocket spring mattresses. The firmness is what I was after and both these were perfect firm though I kept the 4000 for my room. The assemble price is really good value and the delivery times were less than 2 weeks which overall makes the entire purchase highly satisfying!

Alif was very professional and friendly. Loved his assistance and engagement. He made the visit and purchase very enjoyable. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the ability to get the products delivered same day or sooner.

Ali who helped us in the store was extremely efficient and helpful. He met the requirements of our needs and was very time effiecient too.
