Dreams - Beckton

We made a visit to the Beckton store which was very accessible for parking, we were firstly very impressed with the amount of mattresses on display & clear information on each bed. A sales person(David) came over to us in a friendly non invasive manner to help us understand a little clearer the difference between the prices on display, he then left us to browse the range, which I was pleased about. We were then helped by a sales person called Laud whom gave us a couple of very comfy pillows of which we immediately fell in love with! I think choosing a product which is so important to your wellbeing, this moment was paramount to me as we spend half our lives in bed! Well done Dreams excellent service 😍

The Sales advisor Aslam mahmood was really experienced and provided me with the best bed options, i chose one of the best sellers and a great discounted mattress. I was extremely satisfied with customer service and the final product. As a added bonus i chose to spread the cost over 30months rather than paying all at once.

We had no idea of exactly what we wanted on Saturday 5/5/18 but Arif (beckton store) was so helpful and gave us all the info we needed and was very understanding when we said we would have to go away and think about it and also to measure up. We were in able to return until Monday 7/5/18 and there was Arif to greet us, he offered us drinks and let walk around to make sure we were happy with our decisions. Once we were Arif seated us at a station and within 15 minutes we were all done. He was friendly, helpful and very informative an asset to your company. Thank You.

The store had lots of mattresses to try. Sway was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
