Customer service was brilliant with all advice needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were provided with water which was really nice as it was hot outside that day. Highly recommended!

From the moment i walked in the store i was greeted by ali a very pleasant gentleman and did not put any pressure to buy. I was allowed to try all the beds out and when i found the one i wanted ali explained all the different ways of payne, and i opted for buy now pay in full in 9 months time, and how lovely ali obliged by making myself and has and a cup of tea. I have already spoken to family and friends about the service we received and the friendliness of staff it make it a pleasant to go shopping. Well done all at dreams beckton london. Think you. the reason for my highly satisfied score is because from the time i entered to store until i left i was treated as a valued customer, the sales advisor was so friendly and very helpful with my needs, he never rushed me into making a decision, it took as long as it took, and he was friendly throughout

Ali was very helpful. He didn't pressure me and was understanding when I left to think about things. I was given plenty of information on products.

Laud my sales advisor approached us with a smile and was very helpful. It didnt take him long at all to understand exactly what my mother was looking for and directed us to the best possible choice for my mother. We literally made our decision on the mattress we wanted on our 3rd try of a mattress. It would have been the 2nd option Laud showed us but my mother likes a mattress you can flip over and not only rotate. Laud understood my mother's request instantly and his product knowledge was excellent. Customer Advisors like Laud is what makes a great shopping experience and im very grateful he approached us as soon as we walked in to offer his assistance. P.s he makes a really nice cup of tea and even offered me my favourite type of cake; chocolate fudge :-D
