Aslam was really attentive, to our needs also I never felt like he was not trying to sell us something because of the price but what we actually needed, a salesperson generally is overbearing and annoying, he was neither, He was funny and polite, so overall a really positive experience.

We were made to feel very welcome with offer of hot/cold drinks. Nothing was too much trouble in showing us pillows/beds and could take as much time as we wanted to study same. Cheerful/friendly approach.

The team was very helpful and professional. To be specific, Laud who attended to is was very welcoming, making us feel comfortable and offered us a drink... I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

We were served by Sway and Aslam who were extremely helpful and patient. They went out of their way to assist us and let us do everything in our own time. We only came to check out items we had seen online but it was the assistance of the staff that made us to decide to make a purchase today.

Its my first time buying with dreams and i must say that i loved the experince especially the one to one service by Mr. ASLAM at beckton store.
