Laud and Agnes (Dreams representatives) were very helpful. They took the time out to explain the different bed frames and mattresses available. They were patient and very knowledgeable.

The assistant we were approached by was very helpful and kind. When we entered the shop, he immediately approached us asking for any help. He explained to us the different types of mattresses and this was very helpful as we found it easier to choose a mattress that fits with our needs.

Atif, the salesman was very helpful and friendly and completed the transaction very swiftly

I was asked if I needed assistance my initial reply was no I was given time to look around and when I wanted assistance there was a member of staff ready to help me with my enquiry and need. I was encouraged to test the comfort of the mattress after choosing the bedstead. I found him helpful understanding and polite. This is not the first bed that I have brought from Dreams and I have encouraged my family to do so over the years due to the service
