Suwaibu was excellent he advised us on mattresses and knew what he was talking about experience was great and he was very helpful and even helped us load van

The colleague at dreams was very polite and made feel comfortable and at ease going through each item we looked at and telling us about them he also made us a cup of tea to help us relax while we made our minds up on which bed to buy in all he was amazing.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams as I was able to find what I was looking for through a very helpful assistant, Mr Atif.

We were assisted by Alif who was very friendly and understood what we were looking for. He did not try and pressure us into buying an item we did not want or pay more than we could afford.

The sales person who assisyed me in my purchase is Aslam, (beckton branch). He was very friendly and provided myself and my wife with refreshment, had good knowledge of the products and pay great attention to what we are looking for and provided us with alternatives that is still good quality and within our budget. He even offered us anti-allergy pillow pair for free. Really satisfied with Aslam. Actually it's because of him that we came back to get a second bed. We bought a bed back in April and did not have the chance to provide feedback, so I want to provide the feedback for today and for tha last time I was there. I am very satisfied with Aslam customer service and also the products that he offered. Many thanks Dinesh
