The sales assistance was very helpful and there should be more like him.

We have used Dreams on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. We would have no hesitation in using Dreams again.

customer service was top class the choices and variety and the help i received was second to none !

I placed an order for a bed which was not available and could take up to 5 weeks but I went ahead with the finance option. There was technical issues with the computer system which resulted in me waiting up to 3 hours at the store to have this resolved. The staff were very friendly and persevered to resolve this issue. Even though I had a long wait, I was very happy with the service I received.

Because Atif was able to show me and was there to answer any questions on different kind of mattresses before purchase

Offered a drink when we arrived, given space to think not sold to, given pillows to take around the store so it felt hygienic. Great!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because there were a good selection of beds and I got alot of assistance in picking out my bed and then got advise on items such as side tables to go with my bed. Alif was very helpful and friendly so made the experience more smoothe sailing. The price also reasonable considering the qaulity of the bed I ordered.
