Upon entering the store we were greeted by Ali. Ali gave us just the right amount of time in the store before offering us his expert advice. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He also offered us a drink, my wife said she thinks its the best coffee shes had! We were also shown pillows as I often have difficulties selecting the correct style pillow. I rate Ali's service 5 out of 5.

Ali the sales rep at Dreams Beckton Store was really great, He gave us enough information to make an informed decision especially when we couldn't get the bed that we wanted due to measurement of room, we got the next best.

We was highly satisfied because the staff were extremely kind and offered us tea. They also gave us great insight on the type of mattress we was purchasing and made us feel secure and confident in our decision to buy it The person that served us was extremely friendly, and patient with us whilst showing us around the bed and mattresses.
