Dreams - Beckton

When I arrived at Dreams in Beckton I was greeted by a friendly lady who then passed me over to a lovely gentleman by the name of Alif. Alif was very knowledgeable on the two beds in which I could not decide on (the divan or the Dawson). Alif helped me do the pros and cons to figure out which one would be best suited for my teen daughter and the space in her room. I was offered tea, coffee or water whilst escorted to the desk to start the paperwork. Alif was easy to talk to, very approachable and again knew exactly what he was talking about.

Very clean shop friendly staff, the assistant lady was very knowledgeable for what she was doing. I highly recommend her service she is a good asset to your company very friendly polite and very help. Your company is blessed to have such an efficient and a valuable member.

Me and my mum were assisted from the moment we stepped in to the Becton store till the end. We Were approached by a gentleman named Aslam who spent over an hour with us helping our choose our perfect bed and mattress. He explained the benefits and difference of mattress types. Without his help we wouldn't of been able to make the order. We was offered a hot drink and were served professionally throughout the whole process.

Second purchase / like last time, Mr Laud was welcoming, offered, great service, friendly experience, good advice, took time to understand our needs and recommend good product

I first walked into the store for a browse was greeted by Laud who offered to take my bag and coat and store it behind the desk, then offered my a cup of tea or coffee before I got started (you don't get much better than that) then after listening to my needs and the kind of mattress I was after showed me the ones he felt I may like and within 10-15 minutes we had found the perfect mattress and proceeded to purchase, when sitting down I was offered 2 free pillows with the mattress so can't complain all round it was the service of 'Dreams' Cant fault it

When I visited first day I was served by laud who was friendly and understandable of what I was looking for, hence assist me with very friendly manner, but didn’t buy anything that day. Because what I wanted he estimates me with very comprehensively which help me a lot. But second day I visited I got a wonderful woman name is Agnes, she helps a lot gave a brief idea of products with understanding of my needs with very friendly manner. When we were talking she offer me tea, talks that way as if she is a family members of mine. Thanks dream team.

We dealt with Agnes the store manager who had great knowledge in the products and knew the questions to ask to make sure we got what we wanted.
