All good and ordered placed

Upon entering the store, Ali courteously greeted us, explained all the different types of mattresses and the layout of the floors. He remained close by as we discussed a potential purchase but also gave us enough space to not feel pestered. We decided to collect our purchase and Ali and Alif have served us so well. We've received telephone calls to check if our pick up plans are all okay. I can't rate the service that Dreams have given us too highly. There's always something that a service provider could do better but in this case I can't fault anything. I think Dreams have us as a customer for life! Really well done!

The assistant , ali he was very conscientious he greeted me as I arrived took the time to talk to me about the products and when we decide on what we wanted upon sitting down he offered us a drink and a sweet Further more he even went on to show us these lovely pillows and including them to our basket. All in all I am very happy with dreams and Ali and I would like to take the time to say thank you Kind regards Jack Ambrose

The staff were approachable, eager to assist and were evidently knowledgeable. A vast range of products were on show enabling us to try out our preferred mattresses before purchasing.

Laud offered me tea or coffee more than once which I really appreciated. His product knowledge was impeccable and I left feeling highly satisfied.

Having received assistance from Alif at the Beckton branch a few weeks prior we were extremely impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the product we purchase (bed and mattress). So having to purchase a mattress for our daughter we were keen to go back. The branch has a wide selection of beds to choose from. He took on board our budget and showed us a range of mattresses. I take customer care very seriously and I would give Alif 10 out of 10 for his service.

Very friendly staff member in the beckton store called Ali. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of all the mattresses, was very patient, offered me a drink and was very friendly.

The staff member who served me had high level product knowledge. He was attentive throughout my visit and tried his very best to meet my requirements and budget.
