Dreams - Beckton

Where do I start from? Is it the highly courteous sales person, the clean environment, the quality of beds that we tested and eventually bought, the price of the bed or the service we received? Everything was perfect! We have been searching for an adjustable bed for over a month. We have had sales people come to the house for demo and they have quoted very high prices. You can imagine our pleasant surprise when we got an even better quality of bed for a third of the price and without the usual waiting time of 6 - 8weeks for the bed to be manufactured. We tested the bed, liked and it was available for us to take home immediately! Simply amazing!!

I was highly satisfied as I felt at ease with the person as they were comforting, kind and respectful. Before we had started placing my order, I was greeted with a cup of coffee and reassured that I could take my time in understanding each and every condition, and that I could intervene at any moment if there was something that I didn't entirely understand. Overall, the experience was amazing and I will definitely shop with Dreams in the future as it was an amazing experience and I've never flat more satisfied with my purchase.

Upon arrival I was greeted swiftly by Alif I believe his name was. I already had an idea of what I needed so I was catered for accordingly. The following day I collected the mattress and again the customer service was great. Overall a great team.

The Dreams staff were very courteous and greeted us on entry. The staff were knowledgeable about their products, were not at all pushy, gave us time when we wanted to try a few mattresses out and promptly got responses to all our questions.

The staff Mr. Ali was very friendly with good customer service relations. He had tested me with the machine to select the best matress for my comfort while sleeping, the experience that was second to none. With this machine l was snle to select the best mattress for my body composition. I am very grateful to him. His assistance was one of the best l recently have.
