The Sale Assisant (Agnes) explained in details to me about the mattress that is suitable and comfortable for me when I sleep on it because I have no idea, which I was very pleased and happy to purchase.

Ali from Beckton branch was super helpful and super friendly. He helped me decide what mattress to get and explained the different types thoroughly. Also helped me through the different options when buy, e.g. delivery times and option for assistance with building the bed.

Staff and manager are very friendly to understand

I had the best service from Ali at the Beckton branch. I’ve had back and neck problems and Ali gave brilliant advice and I bought all I needed on the day. Would highly recommend it to my friends. The clearance section is absolutely brilliant.

The moment I walked into the store I was greeted with a friendly staff member who made an eye contact with me and smiled. I was then looking for a mattress and after few minutes of walking around, staff member named Atif from dreams beckton branch asked me if I need any assistance. I then told him I am looking for a mattress after asking few questions regards to my health he advised me to try a mattress which I really liked. I lay down on the mattress he recommended and stayed in my usual sleeping position for few minutes then I came to the decision that it's the one that I wanted and placed the order.

Because the guy seemed to understand my needs and guided me in the right direction.

Our dream colleagues name was Atif Amazing work, he listened to everything we required. He listened to us when looking at beds and gave us good details about the mattresses. He wasn’t over bearing or following our every mood which made us feel more relaxed and comfortable in the store. We did say we would think about it and then come back which he was very accommodating and easy to handle. So when we did come back we made sure he was the one to process our order.

The gentleman was very friendly and also offered pillows for free along with mattress purchase
