I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams due to the avalibility and friendliness of the staff, especially Laud. He took the time to understand the product that I was after and to help me find the perfect product and mattress.

I was greeted by staff member "Laud", the gentleman gave us a hot drink to beat the cold weather outside. He was very polite, had a very high level of product knowledge and was extremely helpful in finding the correct products for me and my partner. He went out of his way to ensure we where comfortable and most off all happy with the product we chose. He made sure that we got what we wanted and what suited our needs and not force anything on us like other stores do. Only little niggle i had was that this dreams store didn't have any of "Tempur Hybrid Luxe" mattress for me to compare with the one I bought which was the "Tempur Hybrid Elite". But member of staff "Alif" was also there with "Laud" to give his input and knowledge and together both helped me understand the diffrence between the two. I bought the new Tokyo tv bed, the tempur hybrid elite mattress, tempur protective cover and two tempur cloud pillows (As im unable to take the pillows with me on this visit "Laud" kept it securely for me so when I come to collect it will be waiting for me incase they get sold out). Overall out of all the dreams stores this is far the best one and i would highly recommend it everyone.

Alif was really welcoming to me and my parents and was a friendly character. I had no idea what was a good mattress to buy or the differences between them so he helped alot and was a positive person overall.

The sales advisor who served us (Atif) was incredibly helpful in advising us about the different beds and mattresses. He was also very patient and answered all our queries with enough information. He was very kind and helpful. Offered us tea/coffee a number of times. Gave us his advice as well as taking into account our needs. He went above and beyond the expected customer service.

our assistant had great knowledge of the items we needed as i am disabled and have to have a bed that lifts me up from sleep to sitting allowing me to get up and the comfort that i need the mattress that i will be getting is the best and the fact i could get warranty for both bed frame motors and mattress was brilliant. could not ask for a more friendly and helpful person his name was Aslam a credit to your company
