I am highly satisfied of the outcome that ireceived I was offered different types of drinks open visit. the customer service that was very good and up to standard we was served by a member from dreams called “Atif”. We got the help which i needed in order to buy the product i wanted, but also got the opportunity to ask any related questions which i had. After buying the product we was also asked if any further help was required or if there was anything else that we wanted to look into.

Very good service. Employee Ali made a very clear description of the beds and helped to make a good choice. Pleasant communication. Ali really knows his job. Thanks.

I was served by Agnes who has extra quality skill and patience with me. Went through the store with me so many times untill I got the product I needed. She offered a cup of tea and biscuits. Over all she was great. A big thank you to Agnes for her assistance.

Laud and Agnes were very welcoming, catered to our needs and answered all of our questions. They did not rush us, were really patient and genuinely wanted to help us. Rarely do I receive such great and genuine customer service elsewhere. They provided drinks and offered free pillows. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

I visited Dreams Store in Beckton Retail Park on 6th February 2019. Upon my visit, I was greeted by friendly staffs of which one (Ali) took the responsibility to assist me in selecting the mattress I was after. Ali showed me the various mattresses they have in store and even made me a cup of coffee which was nice. He seemed to be knowledgeable of the product which helped me make my decision in minutes. He then took me to the till where I made payment. The only downside to my purchase was the amount of time (10 days) I had to wait to get it delivered to my house. Obviously I tried to have it delivered earlier, but unfortunately, Ali could not improve on this date. Overall, the customer service I received was pretty good and would definitely recommend Dreams Store in Beckton Retail Park to family and friends.

I wanted the Samsung TV bed and called Dreams customer service Ali Becton branch he was very friendly and helped me throughout the whole process.

The staff were very welcoming and informative especially Alif. From the whole experience, I felt like I learnt a lot about the different types of mattresses available and that helped me make a choice I was happy with at the end of the day. It was great having the support of an experienced staff member (Alif) during my visit. He was able to answer all my questions and give valuable advice. I would highly recommend visiting a dreams store if you are in need of a new bed!
