Aslam was very friendly and informative. Helped us find the perfect mattress, bed and pillows. Also the other staff were so friendly and nice.

Aslam was amazing! He made us feel comfortable to browse around the store and gave us expert advice about mattresses to make an informed decision. Truth be told, we probably wouldn’t have bought anything in store that day without his signifcant help. He was very friendly, approachable and understanding of our needs. He greeted us, offered us tea and also offered us extra items we may have needed along with our purchase - i.e mattress topper.

The staff greeted us well and took time to show us what we asked for as well as standing back so we could browse unhindered also. When we wanted to oreder the member of staff was quick to respond.

We were greeted with a friendly smile by Sway. He welcomed us and allowed us to look around. He appeared right when we needed him to ask some questions. He recommended a few mattresses and encouraged us to try a few out. He even found some lovely pillows for an even better experience. He was very knowledgable, and not at all pushy. If your company has a reward scheme, I’d like you to put him forward. Customer service is clearly important to this store. Although my husband and I live in romford, we were told by a friend that it was the Beckton store we should visit. They were absolutely right. Sway was spot on from beginning to end.

Me and my wife were looking for a new mattress, as soon as we walked in a gentleman called sway greeted us and asked what we were looking for and as soon as we’d told him what it was we were after he helped us with a number of mattresses until we finally found the one we were looking for. Very happy.

Sales person we were dealing with was Ali. Was very funny and had a great sense of humour. There was also a beautiful African lady, can’t remember her name, who assisted in the sale, I believe she was one of the managers. Positive environment. Glad I came down.
