The knowledge of the sales person was very good and helpful. Told him what I was looking for and he was to the point without trying to over sell the product. I questioned him on who Dreams were underwritten by and he didn't waffle on but instead got me the info straight away. Painless visit to buy a bed and mattress.

Laud the consultant who helped us was very welcoming and offered great assistance from the moment we entered the store and was very hands on. His product knowledge and the time he spent making sure we found the right beds and mattress was great. I would recommend him to people that are looking for beds or mattresses as he was very accommodating and provided us with great customer experience.

Walking into a store and seeing-trying out the product was much better than internet, service was really good refreshments were given sales guy was not pushy gave us plenty of time well pleased.

Our sales rep sway went out of his way to show us around the shop and choose the perfect bed. He was highly professional and made our visit to the store very enjoyable. Dreams should be proud to have such an approachable employee.
