I called up to see if they had the item in stock. They checked for me and said that the item was available. I then made my way to the store and was pretty much out in 10 minutes.

The staff were very helpful and offers tea or water when we arrived, good advice on what type of bed I was looking for. And let us know about the offers that were available in store. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the store in Becton, a colleague named Sway made us feel really welcoming. He understood everything and recommended us the right products. He had great knowledge about the company and products which made everything else so much easier for us. It was easy to find products in the store as it was very organised. Overall, I recieved great customer service and would definitely reccommend this to a friend or family. I will also definitely visit soon.

The support services such as change of delivery date and understanding the benefits of different mattresses with delivery and pick up of the old mattress all helped a lot

I was well happy with service I received from sales person called Aslam. He guide me to best product and know alot about mattress I was only looking and didn't think I will buy same-day but I was well happy and satisfied with service that I cahnged my mind and end up buying a new mattress. Aslam was fantastic in his services and was very helpful to assist my wife and I on our purchase. We had been having problems with our existing mattress and Aslam took his time to work with us and our budget to ensure we got a quality mattress and were really happy before we left the store.
