Dreams - Beckton

I went into Dreams to look at a specific bed I had seen online but was actually not confident I would be able to buy it. I was stressed as current! bed broke! Agnes saw me wonder around the bed and came to assist me explained the diff options & told me more info about the bed & other beds. I explained about my back problems & we went round testing mattresses & comfort levels & spoke about sleeping patterns. Agnes was full of knowledge and was very patient with me. She put me at easy & also showed me finance options which made me feel a whole lot better,SO THANK YOU AGNES & DREAMS I can't wait to sleep in my new bed. Old one from Dreams too lasted over 8 yrs!

I visited the store with my baby, husband and my parents. I was very nervous as i didn't know how long we would take to choose a bed or if we would find the right one or not. But as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with friendly smiles and Sway approached us straight away. He helped us throughout the process and honestly i have never been so happy with a service in my life. 10/10

Aslam greeted me as soon as I arrived in store and help me try out the sleep matcher with shows me which mattress is right for me, we then tried 3 different mattresses but the first one I tried which aslam advices was perfect and just what I wanted, he then offered me a drink which I was lovely, he also helped me look for a bed frame as I see one online which I really liked and found it in store, he was very patient with me and I was abit indecisive but I guess we all would the ordering process was very quick and I was pleased that I would be getting my bed within 2 weeks. I would like to thank aslam for all his help during my visit and assistance he is a very hard worker and excellent customer service skills
